  upon reflection, due to budget and practicality reasons, my last idea wasn’t feasible to film so i am going to a new idea using skills i leant from my last one.  New idea Set: church  i mysterious man leaves a black book for a agent to find 

My friend and I brainstormed a few ideas and I have decided to choose this one. 

  Using techniques that I found from my poster analysis I decided to try and make my own. I aimed to centrally frame my villain, this put emphasis on the subject hiding their face and therefore creating enigma.

  Having a storyboard is a necessary tool when making a film. It allows you to have an outline of what you want to achieve before you start.

i have took a bit of a break because of my year 12 exams but i have been continuing working on my finale task in between revising for my exams.  i have came up with an idea for my finale task i have planned out my finale task which i need to shoot  i have also done an evaluation of my preliminary task i plan on doing a story board for my finale task.  i plan on filming at my house using family and friends for actors.  my idea is to create an enigma by having someone killed at the beginning. to draw the audience in then to cut and go back in time to show why he was killed. 

 Evaluation is a very important tool and allows us to progress, I aim to use this evaluation of my preliminary task to do things better when filming my final task. 

Narrative structure theory by Todorov is about how the narration of stories is created. In this theory Todorov mentions that there are five stages that a character will go through those are: Equilibrium is a balance that is established at the start of a movie where everything is as it should be.  Disruption  something disrupts the equilibrium which will create a unbalance this is usually caused by a disaster.  Recognition  The character realises that the equilibrium is broken. Repair the damage they go on a mission to repair the unbalance caused by the disruption. Equilibrium again The character succeeds and a new equilibrium is formed or there is a restoration of the original equilibrium.  

Tvetan Todorov Was A Bulgarian French Historian  He was born in 1939 and died in 2017 Who was Todorov in media? Traditional narrative structures followed a formula which was identified by the theorist Tzvetan Todorov. todorov studied classic fairy tales and stories he discovered that narratives moved forward in chronological order with one action following after another.
